The Studio
The Studio is the most compact unit in the Nest range. 5.9m long with 13m² with internal space the Studio is designed for landowners who want a fully self-contained space without the footprint, cost, or lead time of a larger build.
It works as a backyard studio or home office, a self-contained guest room on a rural property, or a short-stay unit on a site where outlook and simplicity matter more than floor area.
The compact plan is resolved, not compromised — a wet room ensuite, integrated kitchenette, and large glazed openings are all within the 5.8m metre envelope.

The Classic
The Classic shares the same 11.75 metre external envelope as the Signature. Same footprint, same build quality, same factory-complete delivery. The difference is entirely internal.
The Classic prioritises flexibility and capacity. It includes a bedroom, compact enclosed bathroom, kitchenette, and a generous living area. An optional internal wall converts it to two bedrooms with no structural change, making it adaptable across different occupancy types and seasons.
It suits landowners wanting a guest room with real room to move, and short-stay operators who need a unit that can flex between 1-bed and 2-bed bookings without owning two separate products.

The Signature
The Signature is the premium model in the Nest range. It shares the same external envelope as the Classic but is configured specifically for couples accommodation where the experience of the space drives the nightly rate.
The defining feature is an open bathroom with a freestanding bath positioned beside a full-width operable awning window. There is no wall between the bath and the landscape. The result is a space that feels connected to its surroundings even during the most private moments of a stay.
The bedroom, living area, and kitchen occupy the remaining footprint in a resolved, uncluttered plan. Nothing competes with the bathroom as the centrepiece of the experience.

Available for 6m and 12m Nest Pods. Kit assembly, packed with your pod for delivery. Powder-coat black steel frame, WPC composite deck surface, opaque microcell polycarbonate awning. Extends the living space without enclosing it.
Outdoor Bath
$2,200 inc GST
Stone composite in matte black, supplied with a gunmetal bath filler tap. Designed for external deck placement. Handles outdoor conditions and holds heat well. Available for all models. Works best paired with the deck package.
Rinnai B16 LP gas HWS
$990 inc GST
We offer solar, battery, air-conditioning, and hot water packages through our commercial partnership with Rinnai.
Systems are selected to suit small, all-electric buildings and short-stay use. Everything is sized to the pod, coordinated with the build, and ready to connect on site. Fewer trades. Cleaner installs.
