When you purchase or lease a LogicPod, you’ll have the opportunity to opt into the LogicPod Eco-Resorts management program — a decentralised luxury hospitality network designed to operate across some of the country’s most breathtaking destinations, including your own property.
From guest management and bookings to brand positioning and operational support, LogicPod Eco-Resorts transforms your land into part of a curated eco-luxury retreat collective.
How It Works
You will get access to our extensive network of customers and guests who enquire through our internal marketing.
Platform Access - $10/week
Utilising our cutting-edge management platform on a subscription basis: The platform pulls booking from multiple short-stay platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz and many more. It allows you to manage all bookings, calendars and finances through a simple and powerful management system. The platform contains all the information you'll ever need to operate a 5-star listing with learning tools and tips for all levels of hosting experience. You can even get your own co-branded website at no additional charge!

LogicPod Eco-Resorts manage the whole business for you! We'll charge just 20% + costs to manage the entire business for you. We'll even handle the finances, sending you a monthly statement showing bookings, and related expenses and your net payout figure alongside any lease repayment (if you are leasing our pods).
